What Is Being Announced?
RGB Protocol Association is bringing decision-makers from across the stablecoin industry into one room for a single, focused morning in Lugano.
The Summit takes place on Sunday, October 25th, the morning after Plan ₿ Forum closes, as part of Plan ₿ Week (Lugano’s ten-day Bitcoin event running October 19th-28th, 2026).
Unlike a large open conference, the Association designed it as a working session rather than a stage for talks, creating a space for conversation and networking.
What is the Main Program
The program centers on four questions the stablecoin industry is actively working through:
- Bitcoin relationship with stablecoins
- Demand from high-inflation and emerging economies, including Brazil, Turkey, Argentina, and Nigeria
- Credit markets and collateral
- Distribution infrastructure and interoperability across rails

Who is the Target
Stablecoin issuers, banks, lenders, exchanges, infrastructure builders, regulators, policymakers, and digital-asset investors are all invited to join, together with all those who wish to contribute to the industry.
